  18$ for a half full popcorn chicken bucket, order Sat in window then was given my to go order on a tray no bag. Go elsewhere

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude workers. Would not recommend to anybody to support this place.

  Horrible. Do not like the kiosk, staff isn't helpful. The machine doesn't tell you if the card is approved or declined. Also doesn't print out any receipts. Doesn't tell you how long the wait is for food or if there out of any food. Employee stated their where straws in bag. Opened bag and no straws. Got 2 sandwiches, one chicken was fresh the other one is I've cold and dry Will not be returning.

  A lady working at this KFC — she’s white with blonde hair — was very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat customers. She was on her phone while I was talking to her, and then got upset when I asked if I could buy a cup of water. She doesn’t deserve to be working at this place.

  KFC offers amazing food and excellent customer service. I ordered a Zinger combo, and it was one of the best burgers I had in a while - it was crispy, juicy and the side (fries) is probably one of my favorite fries among the various restaurants available in Windsor that offers it. I had a great experience, and I recall the manager, I think his name was Eian or Ian , being so kind and patient with me and the other customers. He always had this aura, that's very inspiring, and you can tell how the staff respects him by the way they operate so smoothly as a team. Overall, it was a great place to eat in by yourself or with others, and I would greatly recommend KFC, specifically this spot, to be the first option they consider when looking for a place to eat.
