    I stopped by this KFC today and ordered two Twister wraps, a Fries Supreme, and a 2 piece chicken meal. I clearly asked for regular (not spicy) Twisters and specifically said I wanted two legs for the 2-piece. When I got home, the Twisters were spicy instead of regular, and the 2 piece meal didn’t include two legs like I asked. On top of that, the Twisters themselves were dry and lacked any real sauce or freshness they honestly tasted like they’d been sitting for a while. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with accuracy at this location, and it’s disappointing. When customers make specific requests, it’s usually for a reason — preference, dietary needs, or simply wanting what they paid for. Staff need to slow down, listen properly, and double-check orders before handing them out. Consistency and attention to detail really matter.

    Chicken was TERRIBLE. just look at this pic. extremely dry and tasted like it was sitting around for a long time. and also had way too much batter on the chicken , and i had to peel it off. This photo is all batter. The fries were good tho

    I would like to meet the genius who decided to put the menu above the kios. Doesn't the kiosk have the full menu on it? And they did not put a menu by the cash register. There is no way I'm going to use that kiosk after waiting behind someone who cannot speak English write English understand English yet alone never touched a computer in their life. I am looking to be in and out in 5 minutes, not be there all day This is by far one of the worst designs I've ever seen in any restaurant
