  Filthy, garbage cans over flowing, took 8 minutes to clean a spill on the counter where they were serving food. Floor sticky and gross, tables not cleaned. Placed an online order, waited well past pick up time, they hadn't even pulled the order to start making it I thought it was bad years ago, it's even worse now. Will not be back. Go to Jane and Finch, they are fast and clean

  WORST KFC LOCATION. DO NOT GO! Wheter going there or order online from them they always MESS up my orders. Missing chicken or drinks or sauce etc. Most recent order online was on fri oct 3. Missed my drink missed a piece of chicken and fries!! Absolutely incompetent. Save yourself the time and money and go to another location or go to Popeyes or Church's! Called customer service and got directed to that location. Called 12 times no answer. Id give negative stars if i could.

  I just ordered 10 Hot Wings and was asked to wait 8–10 minutes. Naturally, I assumed this meant they were cooking them fresh. To my surprise, I was given wings that were clearly old and had probably been sitting out for hours. The chicken was hard, dry, and absolutely disgusting. I even tried calling the store, but no one was answering. This is unacceptable. If you make customers wait, the least you can do is provide freshly cooked food. Instead, I ended up throwing everything away because it was not edible. My money was completely wasted. Very disappointing experience!

  They price for the pickled fries on UberEats was $5, in store was $10. I was like why did I pay $10 when I could've just ordered it for pick-up on UberEats for $5? They blamed me and said it was my fault, that they don't do price adjustments or refunds, and that it's my fault for paying for it lmao
