KFC’s crispy chicken is supposed to be hot and crunchy, but the chicken I received was neither — it tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. The fries weren’t fresh, and the burger bun was completely flat. This is really frustrating, especially since the Norway House KFC is always busy, so I don’t understand how they end up serving food that seems old.
Another big concern is hygiene. Staff don’t wear gloves, and I saw them touching the POS machine and then handling food directly. That’s very disappointing and doesn’t feel safe.
No matter where the location is, KFC should maintain the same quality and standards everywhere. I really hope customers in Norway House will get the chance to enjoy the real crispy, fresh KFC experience in the future.
