Pathetic Service, waited 20 mins just for the someone to take my order, no one was there on the counter, idk how this place is running. Wish i could give negative Stars

I ordered two tacos and fries. The food quality seemed fine, but for $13 the portions were insultingly tiny. A $4 meal at best. Never returning.

This branch just getting worse and worse!!!! Don’t even deserve a star at all! First of all, took me 6 times to call before they pick up the call. I called to cancel my order around 2:31PM finally someone answered the call. I told them i ordered online for pick up and since i used to live in Nanaimo, the address was defaulted to this branch. I tried to change the address but i have to redo everything for 3 times until the order is processed but unfortunately the address for this branch was the one showed for pick up. The lady asked only for my name and she said she can cancel the order on her end. At night i checked my bank transactions and there are no refunds showing up so i called again. Took 3 calls before someone pick up the phone at 9:25PM. A guy spoke to me i told him what happened. Hesaid his name is “DON” which i don’t think that his name real name. He said he cannot do it because he is only a CASHIER. A CASHIER! and cannot process a refund. Seriously???? I am not an idiot! He also told me that he cannot attend the call for more than 15mins unless it’s his break time and then just hanged up the phone. Like seriously!? I AM A CUSTOMER AND ITS NOT A PERSONAL CALL! Such a joke! I called again and this time Pootoojitha was the one pick up the phone. She was so helpful and so professional. ❤️ she handled the situation so well. She deserves a good recognition about this! I was a regular to this branch when i used to live in Nanaimo and the staffs in those times knows good customer service just like Pootoojitha that’s why when I was talking to “DON” i am surprisingly upset of his attitude. I hope this guy will be dealt with and learn proper customer service from Pootoojitha!

Slow service , food takes very long time to receive
Barely speak English , no hairnets , wearing regular hoodies, no latex being worn
Health inspector should have a look at food handlers and cashier food safe practices
