Service is HORRIBLE. The staff are always slow and rude.
This past week I went in at 10:48pm, they close at 11pm. The lights were all on still, open sign on and nothing indicating they don’t serve customers if they don’t place an order by a certain time. All I was trying to order on the kiosk was a popcorn chicken. As I started the order on the kiosk, a lady came to the front and told me they close at 11pm, I acknowledged her and brought to her attention that there was still over 10mins before 11pm (inconvenient for staff sure, but still part of their job the serve). She told me they can’t cook any food cause they turned everything off in the kitchen already, I asked her why as restaurants (especially “fast food” restaurants) have open hours listed so customers can know when they can come in, and any final kitchen shut down and clean up is done after locking the doors. Her response was to strug and simply state that she’s leaving at 11pm.
Absolutely ridiculous, employees are scheduled to end shifts after closing hours with specific time allocated for final clean up and closing duties, not to stand around doing nothing and turn customers away before the store has actually even closed.

I ordered poutine, but what I received was more like soggy fries floating in soup. The gravy was too watery, and the fries completely lost their texture. Poutine should be rich and thick with melted cheese curds, but this was very runny and unappetizing. Really disappointing, especially coming from KFC — I expected better quality and consistency

Showed up at 10:48 and was denied service because they closed at 11pm. The worker just wanted to leave and not provide service. Absolutely terrible experience.

The customer service at this location is horrific!
When they closed for Reno's I was really hoping things would improve. The quality of the chicken sometimes is like trying to chew leather. When you call customer service they say they will give you a credit. When you call the store for the credit they don't call back.
1 time only I complained out of ordering form here dozens of time and would have appreciated a credit.
This location does not care about their customers only about themselves. You can tell by the atmosphere the moment you walk in the door.
I was usually ordering online but... I'm done. I'll go want out of my way to the Merivale rd location.. the staff at Merivale had been there forever and they really care about their customers.

We had an awful experience at KFC today. We were ordering a family bucket meal, And were told it would be a 20 min wait for white chicken as all they had was dark. So we waited. Then had to wait longer for Fries them after that had to wait as we were told no more pickles were in stock. In all we waited 55 mins. And once we received our order and Left the building, we noticed a off smell. Upon arrival home and our family dishing up the meal we were met with a very strong smoke smell. The bucket of chicken was full of smoke smelling chicken. The skin tasted like smoke ( not burnt, more than old grease taste) . There was also a fire in the building while we were waiting we assume this was from that. I can tell you we will never be going back to this kfc or any again. If it wasnt for the fact we had kids wating to eat and we were already waiting so long to receive our food we would have brought it back. Very disappointed with the outcome of our meal today. We will also ensure everyone knows to avoid this place.
