    I order KFC for the DELICIOUS THINK TASTY GRAVY and fries. However, today I spent over 150 dollars on a 15 strip and 5 side meal deal WITH AN ADDITIOONAL SIDE AND 4 POPS for my family. on Uber Eats, it was delivered to me in a time manner from this store. However, I am giving a one star review since the store decided to send me gravy that resembled water and had no taste. I need the owner of this franchise to know that you have hired a employee or manager who rather then making a new batch of gravy is watering down the gravy and they should 100% be fired right away as they do not care about your franchise and certainly do not care about the customers. I am extremely disappointed. My son came home from Alberta for one night and this was his hello and goodbye meal and it is ruined because you have someone on staff who could not make a batch of gravy.

    The staff is unprofessional J am a driver and picked up 2 orders at different times one of thw customers told me its not sealed so second d time when I picked up the order the slim guys says “Yea we do t seal them or use anything hope you don't steal it” disgusting behaviour

    Very disappointing experience. I came to the store just to pick up an Uber Eats order. When I walked in and politely asked about the order, one of the employees responded rudely and told me I had to stand in line. I had no issue with waiting, so I waited patiently. When I finally received the order, the bag was open. I politely asked if he could seal it with tape or a staple, as I cannot hand an open bag to a customer. Shockingly, he told me I should bring my own tape or stapler. His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. To make things worse, even some customers were acting rude, and the staff didn’t do anything about it. Overall, I had a very negative experience and felt disrespected. Definitely not a welcoming place for delivery drivers.
