  Horrible. The chicken was stale The pieces could not even identify what pieces were except the wings. I picked it up and got the order within a few min. I realize they may pre cook some chicken but the entire bucket was terrible - all old and very hard. Must have been out of the fryer for hours. Not going to this location again.

  BE FOREWARNED. THE CHICKEN PIECES YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING, NO LONGER EXIST. KFC TOLD ME THEY CUT CHICKEN INTO 12 PIECES INSTEAD OF THE STANDARD 9 PIECES. SO THE STANDARD 2 LEG, 2 THIGH, 2 BREAST, 2 WING AND 1 BACK NO LONGER EXIST. THE FOLLOWING IS MY REVIEW. The last 2 times I went to this location for the KFC Tuesday special which is supposed to include 1 thigh and 1 leg-drum piece. Both times I received pieces of breaded bone and gristle with a little bit of chicken on the bone. I honestly could not identify which part of the chicken these pieces were. Could have been chicken back, tail and part thigh. This is no coincidence. I suspect the owner is passing off inferior chicken parts (breaded) hoping customers won't complain. NOTE : just received a call from someone at KFC. They tell me that the chicken is cut into 12 pieces, instead of 9 pieces as before, suggesting that is why I received the "odd" unidentifiable pieces I got. I told them that they advertise a leg and thigh in their 2 piece special. So that could be false advertising.
