Very bad experience at this KFC branch.
Google shows that the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, but I arrived at 10:25 PM planning to order dinner. I waited in the lobby for about 13 minutes, then a staff member came from the kitchen looking very annoyed by my presence and told me in an unprofessional way that she couldn’t prepare my order because it was too late!
Honestly, this is not a respectful way to treat customers, especially in a restaurant that carries the KFC name.
I strongly advise the owner to review the staff and replace those who don’t care about the restaurant’s reputation or customer satisfaction.
I will never come back to this branch again, and I don’t recommend anyone to visit it.
Customer service is very poor in every sense.
