Ordered on the app for pickle sandwich combo with the pickle chips. Went to the location to pick up the order and they said they were out of the chips… Then why was it available on the app? I was given gravy as a substitute. Kinda defeated the purpose because I wanted to try the new menu item.

Very disappointed with the service at this KFC location. Staff are extremely unprofessional and often rude towards delivery drivers. They do not mention the number of bags, order numbers, or customer names properly, and many times there is no receipt attached to the orders. Orders are always prepared late, which causes unnecessary delays. Staff are often busy on their cell phones in the kitchen and chatting in Malayalam instead of focusing on work. This behavior creates a very poor experience for both delivery drivers and customers. Serious improvement is needed in their attitude, professionalism, and order handling.
