  Ordered a twister combo. Only 1 tiny tender was in the wrap. The fries were half empty and stale/old. Also the pop tasted like it was mixed with dirty tap water. Complete waste of money and I feel ripped off. Any good review here has to be fake because this place absolutely sucks

  Yummy!!! The best Zinger I’ve had with Gravy Fries were Hot Macaroni Cold DELICIOUS The manager Komal is the best I am now obsessed with KFC !!! This location is a hit

  WOW!! What an awful experience!! After trying to communicate with the server through the drive thru for 10 minutes, they still managed to get the whole order wrong. I even asked if it was correct as they handed me the food, went through the check list and they said all was good......WRONG WRONG WRONG! Then I call to complain and im told I should be patient since they are training, that its not their fault my order was wrong......Who's fault is it!? Getting sick like everyone else paying good money and not getting what we pay for. Now I need to drive all the way back if I want them to fix their mistakes. This might be ok if you lived close but when you just stop to grab a quick bite while on a road trip, its not that easy. I will be making a call to head office......Completely unprofessional inconsiderate and rude demeanor presented by the shift supervisor and staff!!

  Ordered delivery and half my order was missing. Called the store to be told nothing can be done next to writing my name down for next time... i wont be ordering again. Asked for a manager only to be told I'm speaking with her then to call back in the morning to talk to the manager? Ridiculous. The chicken that did arrive was quite literally swimming in grease. This location is extremely disappointing.

  Will never come back to this location. Ordered via the kiosk at 8:56pm and didnt get the food until 9:41pm. A family placed an order 30 minutes after my fiancé and I did and received their food 10 minutes later. Staff didnt even come out to tell us the food was being made. 4 skip orders were done too while we were waiting. Couldn't even serve the people who were waiting there the longest!
