  My wife ordered online, I took a screen shot of the order number and the manager refused to use the order number, he called me a lier that I didnt order and then when he found my order it was stone cold, I will never order KFC again. Worst manager I've ever delt with he's 6 foot and brown

  I ordered a four piece special , asked for white meat to be done fresh. I get my order the leg perfect as I work my way to the rib and the breast I start to get this old and not fresh chicken taste , like they literally using old chicken from months ago…

  Dirty store..extremely poor service..no straws or lids for pop..waited half hour for order..very disorganized.. alot of people waited and became very angry and frustrated..was a scarryxexperience..won't be going back there..but the chicken was good.. but the cost for maccaroni salad was insane because sooo small..unreal

  People were literally yelling over how long the food was taking. Still don’t have anything and I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes! It’s toonie Tuesday!! They are severely understaffed, I actually feel super bad for them, but that’s not the point of a review. Good luck to the staff today I hope they survive.

  I dined at the Dufferin Mall (store 6317) location in Toronto several times lately and found their chicken to be the best of all the other locations I visited. The pieces were crispy and juicy but not greasy. I highly recommend it!!!
