I honestly couldn't comment on how the food is as everytime I try to buy chicken at this location they always turn me down. I eat white meat and so that's what I ask. But this lady always say no. She always say, we do not have it, when I'm practically the only one in line & the mall pretty much just opened. I mean I understand some parts may not be ready at certain times but is it really that hard to make it and inform me it might take longer than usual? I know it's extra & I am willing to pay for it. I mean, every other chicken place (including most KFC locations) are willing to make the sale and just communicate the longer wait & extra cost. That is what good customer service is all about. But I guess they forgot to train her on how to provide good customer service or she just doesn't care much about sales as long as she gets a pay cheque. She is the laziest worker I have ever encountered & she's not even the one preparing the food. And let's face it, KFC is no longer the no.1 chicken place in the market. I personally, would go for Popey's or Mary Brown first but they are the ones in that food court so why not right? KFC used to be my go to so I still feel some sort of loyalty but if they can't even maintain a decent customer service, how can one not give up on KFC completely. Really, disappointing.

No breast, 2 legs. Just awful choice. Every time I go here it’s awful!! Never again! Chickens not even cooked through!!

My son got the wrong order and so he wanted to cancel it, when we asked the cashier she refused at first, rolled her eyes at my 10 year old son and showed her annoyance very clearly, after we cancelled the order my son ordered something else but I’m guessing and hoping she didn’t hear him because we didn’t receive that order. My son thought one of the orders was for him so he thought he could grab it but he realised it wasn’t his order so he apologised and I think he made his apology very clear. Right before he was leaving she started mocking and laughing at him. I understand she might’ve had a bad day but that doesn’t mean she can take advantage of kids who have no defence mechanism, she needs to learn how to treat customers with some respect.

They served me a stale sandwich however I clearly said I can wait but want a fresh. The sandwich was literally warm and tasteless.
Should rethink what they are doing 🤔
