    I recently ordered through uber eats at around 12am. On uber eats it said they opened till 2:30am so i placed the order for a bucket of popcorn chicken. I then waited for the uber driver to arrive and pick up my order who then cancelled and uber had to find me a new driver. wondering what the issue was, i called the store and they said that they were already closed and so therefore my order would just be sitting there waiting for new drivers to come and pick it up. I don't understand why the people who run these fast food chains never cancel the order on there end and make me have to go through uber eats customer service to cancel an order without getting charged. I don't think they realize that the resturaunt needs to cancel it on their end so that they don't waste the drivers and customers time waiting for something that won’t even arrive. Even if it was a fault on Uber with the closing time, i’m sure they had some way to communicate with me (whether that is through the driver that came to pick it up or to me directly, or even to uber eats) to tell me that i needed to cancel the order because they are closed. I don't know what the thought process of just letting me wait till i notice something is wrong. Anyways super pissed and hangry. after reading multiple 1 star reviews i’m thankful that maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

    I'm sad to be writing this, as I rarely review any business on-line. I 'paused' waited for 1 week to post this. Alas; very disappointed that for $15...a basic / simple order of 1 original chicken sandwich with fries...the chicken (TOUGH) much thinner than the 'lack of taste' coating/batter. The side of fries barely warm/tepid.

    Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered KFC through Uber Eats and received sliders that had visible mold on the bread. This is a serious food safety issue and completely inexcusable for a major food chain. It’s clear that there was zero quality control on this order. Food this unsafe should never leave a kitchen, and it raises serious concerns about how ingredients are stored and handled. I’ve reported the issue to Uber Eats, but honestly, this should be investigated by the local food safety authority immediately. For your health and safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this KFC location at all costs until they take accountability and fix their food handling practices.

    With the amount of people working at this location, you'd think you'd get your food in no time. Waiting time is crazy. I watched the cashier wave off a driver they're to pick up an order. There was over 10 workers but only 1 cashier and there was over 20 customers. Alot of the time our order is wrong of missing food but this recent visit was our last. We found hair on the bottom of out popcorn chicken container. I'm not taking about 1 stand, there was more then 2. The men where nets over their beards yet the women do not use any on their long ponytails.

    Honestly, I’d stay away from this KFC. My order was completely wrong. They forgot my fries, and both snack wraps were made with original chicken instead of spicy. It’s not hard to double-check an order, but clearly, no one here cares to do that. When you pay for food, you expect to get what you ordered. I shouldn’t have to drive back or call over something this simple. It just shows how little attention and pride go into the service here. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that actually gets it right.
