Just had it last night. Soggy chicken tastes 1 hour old not even sitting under a heat lamp. Soggy fries. Complete trash. And the cashier didn't say one word only speaking his language to kitchen guy chatting.

I visited this KFC location on Saturday, September 27th around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately had a negative experience with the cashier at the counter. When I asked a few simple questions about menu options, her responses came across as impatient and dismissive, which made it difficult to get clarity on my order. At one point, she rolled her eyes instead of explaining things properly.
Additionally, when the payment machine wasn’t working, she gave the impression that it was somehow the customer’s fault, rather than calmly addressing the issue. While I understand things can get busy, the overall attitude felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I normally enjoy visiting KFC, but this experience left me disappointed with the level of service.
