  Whoever owns this location is entirely dropping the ball and is seemingly too cheap to be properly staffed. Ordered and paid on the app. Went in to pickup my food and was told my order wasn't in the system. The staff started talking to each other and I assumed they were figuring it out because they didnt talk to me again. I stood there for maybe 15 minutes while a line of 13 people came in. Both people who picked up their order in that time brought their food back because something was wrong with their order. I finally asked about my order again to find out they had not been looking into it at all and that's when they brought up the computer and found my order. When it was finished after 30ish minutes in the store they almost handed it to another person. There was no sense of urgency. The girls were very polite but I have never had such a slow, awkward experience at a fast food establishment. My order was a little bit wrong but I didn't bother going back.

  Ordered chicken stripes with coleslaw has twice for utensils get to work no utensils you guys suck big time

  The good reviews are suspicious. The food isn’t that great, fries are too salty and the chicken doesn’t have that KFC taste. There is no flavour.

  Stopped here for lunch today. The staff was very friendly, the store looked nice and clean. Food was cooked fresh and tasted really good! Overall great service and food 10/10 recommend!
