  Super stingy 😒 Being a franchise of a well reputable international entity and not having washroom for your customers is already enough of a disservice. I don't think you guys need to add anything further on top of it. Visited here with two friends. First had to wait for a while before getting any welcome or attention. Then requested hot sauce and we were told from the kitchen that there's no hot sauce instead of allowing the front registerer to look for it. Not offered any other sauce. Then requested some ketchup and got only two sachets for three plus meals. Not provided with napkins, requested for it and got two napkins for three people. It was surprising and laughable. Their unaccomodating behavior kinda put all of us off for that Nigh out with friends.

  The front staff gave me a small size fries and told me it’s the “Mega Fries” that I upgraded. I double checked with the staff and she check the size and insist to me the Mega fries is that small. My hudsband then took it out and asked her again if this is not a small size fries, can you show me what small size looks like? Then she response: if you doubt it then I will give you another small size fries. It was a such bad experience. Also the chicken is small and not crispy. Fries is also not crispy. It taste like it has been sitting there for a long time while we were waiting in the restaurant for 30 mins and yet it’s still not fresh. We requested ketchup and napkins in the order, she ralso gave us none. Will never recommend KFC to anyone now

  Everything went wrong with my order, I can say this is the worst kfc in whole British Columbia with confidence. I’ve order 2 zinger sandwich combos and 6piece tender bucket, 2x Pepsi for the drinks on combo. 1. I’ve waited over 46 minutes to get the order. 2. Order started to be prepared when I went and asked for the order. 3. Instead of 6 chicken tenders they gave me 3 chicken tenders and 3 chicken pieces. 4. They got my dips wrong, they didn’t even ask and just replaced the dips. 5. Very rudely told me they don’t have Pepsi at the store. 6. Poor management, manager is just not able to do his duty, crew is very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed.

  Garbage employees consistently getting my order wrong. Food is either mediocre or inedible. I love KFC which is why I'm forced to come and wait over an hour every time. Do not listen to the app if it tells you your food is ready because your food is NOT. Always triple check, no, quadruple check your food once it arrives and give a thorough inspection that all your items are properly there. I do not trust THOSE workers to get anything right. Also the KFC is garbage but offers decent deals.

  I placed an order online of the family special, which was supposed to be six pieces of chicken, fries, four chicken tenders, popcorn, chicken, and macaroni salad. I thought arriving 15 minutes after placing and paying for my order was in absences fast food but once I arrived, the people haven’t even started making my order. They haven’t even looked at the order yet the restaurant was absolutely empty and they just told me they will start working on my order. I just sent another 15 minutes waiting for my stuff to get done. Once I drove back home and opened the bag I realize the chicken tenders were missing. Not only that I have to leave throughout my meal. I had to drive back because calling numerous of times the phone was not answered. Once I arrive back the person who gave me my food try to argue with me whether she give it to us or not, and try to tell her that I did not receive the chicken tenders. I opened the bag. The picture was there of all the food Not only she did not apologize. She did not offer. Any sort of compensation. Made me wait another 10 minutes to make my chicken tenders by the time I got home the rest of the food was cold and disgusting. This was a huge disappointment. If you’re looking for a good tasty chicken, this is not the place. If you’re looking for your food to be made fast. This is not the place. If you’re looking for a good Service, this is not the place. She also didn’t have the sauces I wanted And I’ve asked for six sauces but she gave me only four. So disappointed With the staff management service and quality of food. Worst pain, the money churches chicken.
