  Terrible, terrible service, I’ve never encountered such rude waitress in my life. I would pay money to never go here again.

  Me and my family got a 14 piece bucket, and the chicken looked so nasty and greasy, (there was some mold.) i couldn't even eat it. I also found hair at the bottom of the bucket.

  food was incredibly greasy, prices are more than in the city. floor is physically sticky and shines. tables unkept and overall bad smell inside

  I visited this KFC location on 25 June 2025 08:57 PM, only to find it closed well before the posted hours. When I tried to inquire, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting or even acknowledging waiting customers. If the store is closing early regularly, the hours should be updated online to avoid wasting customers' time. Additionally, the attitude of some employees felt dismissive, as if they were actively trying to avoid serving customers. This is unacceptable for a well-known chain like KFC, where consistency and customer service should be a priority.

  their sign advertises "FUEL UP WITH OUR BOGO BOX MEALS" (see photo), but if you go in the store you're rather rudely informed "that's ONLY thru the App". then you can dl the app, create account, only to find out that the app only work with SPECIFIC (tracking) browsers that you'll have to dl and register to get KFC app to work. so we started over from scratch on wife's phone; dl App & Browser and submit order. after all that, their system requires credit card validation against a phone in toronto. so i have to call a co-worker to answer my phone to get code. THEN, after 47 minutes of processing, re-processing, delays & waiting, i get two 3 piece tenders meals that had 'tenders' that were actually more the size of NUGGETS (see photo). AND, there are NUMEROUS, VERY LARGE (18" - 24" across & 8" - 10" deep) POT HOLES in their parking lot that could VERY EASILY damage your vehicle that have been there for MONTHS
