  Went at 9pm on Saturday and the dining room was locked, so we had to use the drive through. Ordered 2 3 piece combos and was told 20 minutes and to wait in the parking. We were fine with waiting but over an hour later we checked in the drive through and they didn't even know we were waiting. Never come here.

  October 11 2025 at 2pm Rude employee on cash they couldn't understand English and repeatedly tried to force me to submit all of my personal information into the system even though I told them I didn't want to. All I wanted was to give you my money and eat a chicken sandwich, not too give you all of my personal information.

  If I could give this place a -100 I would. I have ordered 4 times via uber eats and the food never shows up. It’s unfortunate because this doesn’t reflect the workers. But the manager should be fired and the owner should have there franchise rights removed. Let this place be ran by someone who is more competent.

  The famous chicken was upto the mark. Overall experience was so good. Would like to mention the staff specially Aanchal who suggested me the meal of the day. She was so polite and humble. I would like to get back there and have wonderful experience.

  This place is terrible with service every time you come here and order anything in drive thru you are asked to pull over and wait for at least 10 minutes sometimes longer I thought this was kfc which is supposed to be fast food like I’m so confused as to why they never have anything readily available for purchase it is sooo annoying and inconvenient you guys need to do better they also have the staff come outside with your food and yell at you and also swear at you at your car after making you wait forever for your food do not come here I was verbally assaulted by the staff here and when I asked for the managers information I was denied the information and talked to rudely by other staff this is so unprofessional I’m disgusted and will be following up with management this is appalling
