  This KFC location is not entirely bad. Unfortunately, there is a front end worker by the name of Farouk that has poor customer service, a bad attitude, and makes you feel like you are an idiot when raising a concern about the food. I have been to other KFC locations (in Canada), more specifically, within Windsor, and they seem to give you more quantity in food. This location cuts back on the food that they give you, so you’re essentially paying more for a lot less. Beware of the worker named Farouk…should you have a concern regarding your food or disagree with something, he will seriously make you feel stupid and talk down to you in an incredibly condescending way.

  I’ve never actually taken the time to write a review on Google however, after my horrible experience today at this location I feel it’s necessary. I went through drive through at around 3:15pn September 13th. The lady on the drive thru window was very disrespectful, rude, and demeaning. I’ve only eaten at this restaurant a handful of times years ago, as I was new to the menu she’d respond ‘we don’t have that.’ ‘No that isn’t a thing’ ‘don’t have that’ etc, I felt very uncomfortable and almost felt at that moment to drive away, however I continued to order in hopes the staff member at the window would be better. She didn’t give me a total, continue to say ‘is that it?’ ‘Is that it? Drive up’ - no thank you, no total. And very rude. As I approached the window I told the young man working I was really disheartened by whoever was taking my order: he said ‘sorry maam’ and proceeded to hand me my bag. Upon getting back on the road, I realized I had no cutlery, no napkins, and my food was ice cold. My pickle chips must have been sitting in the heater for hours, they were absolutely awful and I didn’t end up eating them. This overall was a horrible experience and I’m so disappointed with the behaviour of staff, and lack of respect when it comes to treating customers well and packing orders properly.
