  Backed out of the drive-through to go into the restaurant yesterday because it was taking so long. Restaurant was nearly empty but it appeared only three staff were working- two adults and a younger person who appeared in training. Got my order, went home and ate it. It tasted fine at the time, but 5 hours later was puking my guts out. Will not be going to this establishment again.

  Placed an online order. Arrived 10minutes after the order was placed and waited over 25 minutes. It wasn’t even busy. Staff looked like they didn’t know what was going on and another person who was in the drive thru came in and asked where their food was as they have been waiting outside for 15min. One customer walked out as no one was helping him. Not sure what was going on because usually this location has been really good.

  I waited inside the lobby for 12 minutes without even being greeted the guy next to me has been waiting 20 minutes for his meal so I jumped into my truck and went to drive through and I got greeted right away

  We stopped in on Tuesday night, ordered a large family bucket plus some extras. Spent nearly $80. It was not busy at all, and we waited 15 mins for our order. Once we got home we started eating. Everything was fine until I bit into my chicken (breast) and it tasted off. The chicken i was eating was red on the inside. I immediately stopped eating and am hoping that i do not end up sick. So far i feel fine. But I am thouroughly disappointed in the quality . To top it all of they forgot th gravy that comes with the meal. Thankfully my children were having f popcorn chicken otherwise i would worry about them getting sick as well.

  Drove into the drive through only to wait 1/2 hour for someone to take my order. Twice I was told it would be just a minute before someone came back for my order and this did not happen. I drove up to the window, which it had one person ahead of me and I waited over 15 minutes for him to get his order. After he did I drove up to the window and the person who was there had nothing to say when I stated how long I waited. I told him I could have drove to Spruce Grove and back before anyone here would take my order. I told him this service was unacceptable and I will not be back. Terrible service.
