    I will never go back to this location. Absolutely, horrible service food, greasy greasy food. you are to get a fountain drink with your meal. However, they don't tell you that there is no fountain drinks because they're out of order. she hands you, the cops, so I asked her for one from the fridge and she said, no, she can't do that. I made a big stink. So she finally gave me one, because I said I was going to put a review we get home and the food was so greasy that The boxes were crumbling.We were to have gravy with our meals, no gravy, absolutely no gravy..will not go back

    I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC branch. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no sense of customer service. Instead of being polite and helpful, they acted dismissively and made me feel unwelcome. It’s shocking to see such behavior in a well-known brand like KFC. Management seriously needs to train their staff on basic courtesy and professionalism, because right now this location is giving the entire brand a bad name. I will definitely not be returning to this branch and would not recommend it to anyone.

    rude or unprofessional attitude, delay in service, lack of attention, poor hygiene practices, etc.]. This was extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a brand like KFC, which is known for customer care and service standards. The incident made my dining experience unpleasant, and I believe this matter should be addressed to ensure it does not happen to other customers in the future.
