  I always rely on this location for KFC. Good food, portion sizes are nice, and great customer service. The staff is always friendly, and they often give me extra dipping sauces and sometimes extra chicken too! Best location in Ottawa!

  Terrible customer service. They make you come back through the drive thru if your order takes long. I received the wrong drink, wrong amount of tenders, no sauce, no receipt in bag.
