  Opening time at 10:30. At 11:00 they still have no food. Menus on TVs are flipped upside down. Old papers taped to the electronic ordering saying “out of order”. Feels bad being there.

  Thought the store was closed but it was just drive thru because none of their stuff works to take drive thru...was trying to cancel my order and found out the store was open...spoke with the shift manager..super sweet lady...i very much appreciated her help

  I am not impressed. I stayed in drive thru, 3 cars behind me, and no one answered. I drove to the window for a lady to say thay the drive thru person is busy so i can go inside. Once inside, its dirty...then I went to oder anyways and i asked for chicken and she says i cant order that because its not ready and will be another half hour. Its 5pm, they should have plenty ready. Not impressed.

  Ordered through Skip the dishes, got a meal box. 1/2 Chicken was super greasy and the meat was gooey, didn’t get my drink and got the wrong sauce. Called kfc and they suggested I stop by and they will give me the drink. Got a skip the dishes credit 👎

  I had a very bad experience here. Not sure if changed owner. The service is very slow. It is Friday night 7pm. Already passed the busy time. More than 10 customers are waiting the order. Non one is complaining. But I will not come to this store again.
