  Ordered a four piece dark meat meal. Asked if 3 drumsticks were possible because my kids prefer drumsticks. The attendant said it was ok. Got home only one drumstick, a wing a thigh and a breast. No try only did she not give me what I requested. They are so incompetent that they could even give me all dark meat, unless chicken breast is now considered dark meat. Total waste of money. Better off at Mary Browns. At least their staff know the difference between white and dark meat. When you charge someone $20 for a meal at least try to get it right or let the customer know it’s not possible.

  I had a disappointing experience multiple times at this KFC location. I ordered a popcorn chicken poutine along with my order and they forgot to add the popcorn chicken. Couple months later, which is today September 16, 2025 I ordered another popcorn chicken poutine and they forgot to add the cheese curds. Also, the chicken in their 4 piece deals are always small as ever and they always give backbones. No legs or thighs at all. We’re being fed like dogs at this point.
