We ordered online and then we call to ask if they serve spicy chicken, the person who answered the call was do rude and he just hang up the call. What kind of service is that? And there’s a missing order, we called them and they pick it up, when we’re asking them if they gonna refund the money for that or not they just suddenly hung up on me.

This place is shabby with hardly anyone visiting. We are frequent customer of KFC however at this place we had the most horrible experience shook our loyalty especially my kids. Food delivery took every add was cold and when we reported it was heated and given back and when we requested for fresh then manager had to come to help us. We had 2 online orders and they completely forget to prepare that and when we inquired then only they noticed or second order. This place was small deserted and washrooms were kept closed until you request to open. No one at the register as all staff were in kitchen chatting. Well it was an interesting surprising experience for us and kids. We would prefer to go to any grocery store and buy something better than visiting this KFC again.

It’s second time today no one’s responding on drive thru, we literally said hello for 5-6 times then drove to the window, still no one notices. Last time we had to call to the store that we were waiting on the window. The staffs had headsets on still no response, then finally a staff shows up we said here to pick up mobile order she shut the door without saying anything. We had order 30 mins before when we arrived we still have to wait another 10 mins. We really love the chicken here but service is minus.

These guys gave me an order with missing stuff in it i picked it up drive through and went home and checked it and it was incomplete and the fries were already too cold and i went back and asked them to take my food back and give me a hot one or the refund now I don’t have the food and the money is nowhere to be found in my bank and I don’t know if it will ever come back. The staff was very rude. The manager Alex took it on his ego and took my food back and I don’t have any evidence about refund has been processed just a receipt showing that i paid for the food.
