They ask for my name so they know who to ask for when they get there, sure, but can't you just give me the quote? Nope, they want my email address so they can send me the bill after they do the job, again without giving me a quote or even just a guestimation, let alone a price range, so before I give my email, I ask if I can just get a quote and they say no, I have to get the bill over email. I'm fed up with both the tone of the representative and the situation, so I say "No thanks, nevermind.". Queue a different person (1st representative was feminine sounding this one is masculine) calling me and saying it would cost $150-200. I refuse as its almost double another shop I called, and say no and hang up, Which should be the end of the interaction, Right? NOPE- they call me two more times, within a minute of me denying the first call, they call again, so I have to block the number. I cannot speak to their skills as locksmiths, but I can clearly and precisely express that their customer service is so far below par, calling 'sub' is an understatement. If the bar was MT. Everest, then they sit righting in the Hadal zone. Don't give them the time, let alone your personal information or money.

Had to pay 389 dollars for a basic door unlock that took 5 minutes. When I tried calling customer service I got hung up on 4 times. Do not use this company to unlock anything you'll end up waiting forever and paying way too much for terrible customer service. I will never use this company again.
