I asked for and received a basic brass key and per the screen the key was $9.99 but when my receipt was sent to my cellphone I was charged $10.98 with no explanation of what the additional charge is for (nor do you receive a detailed receipt). I would not recommend using any of these automated key kiosks - go to a hardware store. The kiosk also wants to charge additional $ to buff your key - that is a rip off. If convenience is utmost then use the kiosk - but let the buyer beware.
