- KMKylla M.Jun 11, 20252.0I would not recommend them. The locksmith came out and could not understand much English. I told him my keys were in my trunk and is he able to get in my trunk. He said yes and proceeded with trying to open driver side door. Once door was open, alarm going off and all buttons inside my car would not work. When I turned to face him, he had let my driver seat down and was standing on my seat trying to pry my backseat down. I immediately told him to get off my seat and stop before he breaks my seats. He could not understand what I was saying to him. After all that, there is damage to my door frame and backseat. Now, after speaking to his company, the locksmith called me to set up a time to fix my car. I called his company to find out how a locksmith that caused the damage was going to fix the damage. Is he a certified mechanic and body work?? They could not answer this. Then the lady I spoke with proceeded to tell me that if I refused to let him come out to fix it, then there was nothing else they could do. She said that he told her he knows how to fix it so that’s why they want him to fix it. Guess that’s one way to not to have to pay for the damages. I have will consult a lawyer tomorrow about what I can do
