You would have to contact another company If you need to contact the office you can call us at 855-208-2844) and the number for the office didn’t work. I’m waiting for a full refund. While I was trying to contact someone for customer service I was hung up on multiple time. HUGE waste of time and if I don’t get a full refund, it’s a HUGE waste of money.
