- DBd barnettApr 17, 20251.0So they've deleted my review. Please be aware. They are scammers. They took me for $5, then tried to get another $50, plus $30 and give it to two different individuals - tech and someone that was supposedly at the car dealer (when i talked to BMW staff they said nobody was there) . Remember, you should never give no one money until they are finished the job. They used Zelle. Then I was told it would get a refund, well we kno how far that went. I kept getting hung up on. Since they deleted my review, I'm reposting. You all, be aware, they are scammers. If you don't believe me, ask AAA how a company is supposed to do. That's what i did, eventually. Not like these folks treated me. Now, they are using different pictures too. Again, please be aware.

- MBMichael BrieseJul 3, 20232.0I had three keys made at the Kiosk in the Safeway in Spanaway, WA July 3rd, 2023. The process was easy but the price was high. Initially, I thought it would be okay even though expensive. There are several places on the screen as you make the keys that says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or something to that effect. Well, we will see. All three keys do not work. I should have known better. I paid $22.03 for three keys that do not work. I went to ACE Hardware. For the same three keys that actually work, I paid $6.57 after tax. The KeyMe keys will not turn the lock. I requested a refund. I was sent an email July 4th that said funds had been released and I will receive them in 3 to 5 business days. It has now been 5 calendar days (3 business days) and no refund yet. Strange how they debit your credit card immediately but can not refund it for 3 to 5 business days. We will see if I will be satisfied or not in about two business days. One thing is for sure, I will NEVER use a key kiosik again. A kisok is no substitute for a human.
