He called when he arrived and I led him to my vehicle. He gave me the total price (10% more when using card vs cash) before I gave consent for service. He was very pleasant/ chatty while using opening the door and in total that part took 6-7 minutes. The technician made sure I located my keys inside before cashing me out. It was MUCH more expensive than Pop-a-Lock but the service was timely and professional.
