So, I had to go to a nearby business to use their phone to call KeyMe. The operator said someone would be dispatched and asked me to wait for a callback in 5 minutes for details. 10 minutes passed with no call. Called back - said they were on their way with a 10-15 minute ETA. Great! Went back to my home to wait. Waited for 20 minutes and no one showed. Had to then go back to the business and use their phone again to callback - said they had no record of the call. Horrible experience - save your time and money and call a small business locksmith in San Diego who ACTUALLY cares about you, or at least who will get the job done.
