I tried calling their customer service and there was no response. The person who was supposed to come only called once to confirm that he was coming but I had to call him after 40 minutes of him not showing up. He gave no estimated time of arrival, and only said that he would send someone else. It is currently 9:20 and there has yet to be anyone to come and help. This has been the worst experience I have ever had, and while I wouldn't want to ever lock my keys in my truck again, if it were to happen I would be sure to use someone else.

In addition to the high price, the dispatcher who originally took my call had the nerve to call me at 9:30 p.m. to ask as a courtesy if my bedroom door was unlocked and how much the repair cost.
