- LBLinda BartholomewOct 22, 20251.0Tried to call and cancel my appointment 6 times. I was able to get what I needed done myself in the time it took their tech to even reach out. Each time I tried to cancel they would tell me they were transferring me and then hung up on me. Finally tech shows up an hour after he initially said he would and I had to tell him I tried canceling and they kept hanging up. Tech then tried to tell me I really did still need him when I in fact did not. Worst customer service I have dealt with in a while

I don’t really know if it’s owned by these guys or not, but ever since I did it, it keeps sending me texts from them, with the brand name from the machine. Including asking for this review. So SPAM texts and a nonfunctional key. Boo. The machine is near the carts in the Smith’s grocery store on Fairfield Road. If it’s not run by these guys, then they need to have it stop texting me their number. I do not recommend.
