The inventory prompts that the selected keys are in stock for pick up in store, so I chose and placed an order for 3 keys. Paid for the order then waited next to the kiosk but after cutting part finished, no keys dropped to the slot. I asked a WMart associate, he is a leader, he has no idea! I did it again with his presence: same thing happened! I ended up cancel my two orders, then placed the new one with the cheap key option. It worked well, cut and gave me the 3keys at the end. But I could not use them: fit in the lock but I can’t turn them. When I look at the copies, they are terribly cut, I don’t know how the other customers Sealed with their orders, but mine are bad luck ones. I am sorry that I had to cancel all my order for refund, hope you guys send a tech to fix the problem! Thanks! Dennis N. P/S: I give 3 stars which I don’t want to. But one star should be rated for the bad experience with your kiosk.
