  I'm happy it was last minute and I needed a key luckily this machine was inside of a rite aid and it was open at 9 PM it literally took <3 minutes

  Unprofessional, inexperienced, inconvenient, unacceptable, and dissatisfying service. I was locked out of my home on new year's eve, needed a single lock pick, I called KeyMe, spoke to a rep who gave me a price of a bit over $155, upon giving my address the rep states my address I eligible for a promotion that includes, single lock pick, installation of a second smart bolt lock and a 30day Walmart membership for just $39. Of course I accepted the promotion deal after asking several questions. Honestly I didn't understand how more work was so much cheaper than the simple job of a single lock pick. The Rep takes my card information, charges my card, and says she will dispatch a local locksmith to my home and it will take up to an hour. She also mentioned if I cancel service there will be a fee, if I change service and decide not to take promotion deal upon locksmith arriving there will be a price adjustment. She also sent me a text stating if I have any questions to respond to the text. 15 mins later I received a call from the local locksmith who explains he doesn't have the equipment to complete the job I paid for (which is promotion deal) and this will result in a price adjustment if he performs the single lock pick only. I asked how much and he said he doesn't know I will need to discuss with KeyMe. I called the number that rep texted me from and i received a message stating they are closed, I responded to the text and I never received a reply back. I call the original KeMe number from Google and spoke to a different rep who stated he will have someone call me regarding the matter. No one calls me until over an hour later. It was raining and I had to seek shelter while waiting on the call and when I arrived home there was a locksmith from Pop-A-Lock outside my home. The lock smith reeked of alcohol and marijuana. He stayed he is only going to do the single lock pick and KeyMe will reschedule the other work included in the promotion package. He worked on my lock for over an hour and a half and could not open my door, he was visibly frustrated and finally he asked if he could drill the cylinder. I disagreed due my horrible experience with this process and his state of being. At this point it was night, dark, raining and cold. He begins to pack up his tool box and realizes he cannot find his car keys. I supported him in looking for his car keys and I was unable to find them on the ground. I suspected the keys were in his vehicle because at some point he was so frustrated about not being able to unlock the door that he kindly said "I am going to step away and I will be back" then he walked towards his vehicle, was there for a few mins then returned to proceed with attempting to unlock my door. He ended up having to wait another hour plus for help to get in his vehicle. So I was left with no access to my home on NYE, and was charged a fee for incomplete service. I called for a refund but the offices are closed today, so I am sending an email. Overall horrible experience with this company!

  They came late with no mask during a pandemic. They left my door open while they took my locks. The experience from hell.I would never recommend them to anyone and dont feel safe after having them change my locks.
