- SPSeth PalmerJan 17, 20241.0The guy didn't even attempt to pick the basic doorknob lock and went straight to drilling it. He didn't ask if I wanted a new doorknob, just put a cheap one on and charged about 10 times what it was worth. I was also told I'd receive a quote/estimate, but I wasn't given any estimate and the invoice I was given was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than I was expecting. If I had known it would be so expensive, I would have figured out another way to get in to my house. The invoice I was given had basically the same labor charge added 4 times, had a cheap doorknob that cost $180, and charged at least $50 for the keys that came with the doorknob. My total bill ended up being $529.47.

Felt like they did as much as they could to hide the cost and I didn't realize I was being overcharged until they were done
