- DBDaily Media BuzzJun 18, 20211.0I needed a local locksmith to come unlock my car that I accidentally left the keys in. I had someone that was renting the car in 35 minutes so I was racing to find a local lock smith that could come very quickly. This company come up in my local area and I spoke to some guy that answered. I explained my situation and he said not to worry he had someone 3 miles away he could dispatch right away. He told me it would be $120 and I said that was just too much even with my situation and he said well you did say you need it now. He said he would lower it to $100 since I was in a hurry and he said the lock smith was 3 miles away I agreed. He also said he needed to take the payment first so I paid. Right after he said I should be getting a call from my lock smith. Turns out the company isn’t even local just a company that finds lock smiths foe you. He lied to me to get me to pay saying the lock smith was 3 miles away but after he hung up I got a text saying the company is searching for a lock smith to pick up the job and after around 5 minutes it said your lock smith is 38 minutes away. I called back and I got directed to the same guy and he was trying to play it off like oh no he is close let me check for you. He didn’t even finish his sentence before he forwarded my call to a different department because he knew he had lied to Me and didn’t want to deal with me. I rarely ever leave a review especially bad reviews. But this company does not care about its customers just about taking there money they will tell you what you want to hear.
