The technician arrived and didn't give a quote and was quick to unlock the door. Then the tech said that he didn't know the prices and said that it would be on the invoice from the sevice company. 2 min later i got an email saying that I owe $421.00. I was surprised and felt like I got scammed. I told the tech. That I wasn't paying $421. And after calling and talking to the service company they discounted it to $275. I still feel like I got scammed into paying way more then I should have . I would have never excepted their service if they were clear on price . Nothing but greed on their price And dishonest.If anyone uses this company make sure you get a price before they touch your property. I paid at least 200 dollars for that lesson

I told him I will be fined if he parked there. He did move after I showed him the available space. Third, he told me It was going to be $129.00 Just to unlock my door. After telling him that I was not going to pay that price he dropped It to $85.00 just to drill a hole in the key chamber. How he came up with $85.00 i don’t know. I still think this was way over priced especially when I had to remove the whole lock itself. I would not recommend this service to anyone or ever use them again.
