Pros- Fast unlock (once the tech arrived) Cons- Lack of price transparency, dishonesty on familiarity for doing service on base which resulted in 2hr wait, EXTREMELY high price. When calling, I was declined an answer when I asked for a general price expected for the service. I asked if they were able and familiar with getting on base for service, and was answered with a definitive "Yes." I was quoted a 30-40 minute wait for arrival, and first received a call from the tech after 60 minutes. I again confirmed with the tech my location on base, and waited another 20 minutes before getting a call notifying me that he was at a wrong location and not even on base. It ended up taking a total of 1 hour and 50 minutes to get to my location, and unlocked my car quickly. I was charged $187. Given that my car is old and simple to unlock, it was the middle of a weekday, and was located literally 2.1 miles away from this locksmith's service center, this pricing seems INSANELY high. This was unfortunately my 4th time getting locked out while on base, but the 1st time experiencing these issues from local services.
