The lady initially answered and told me they would get back to me in 10 minutes. An hour passed and no one called. When I tried calling again, they started ignoring my calls and eventually blocked my number. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially from a service that people rely on in emergencies. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company — they clearly don’t value their customers’ time or trust.
