I drove my car a couple hours before they arrived and when they left, my ignition was broken. Could not get a key to turn in the ignition at all. Towed it to the dealership and was told my ignition switch and cylinder were both broken and “theres metal shavings from someone drilling [my] ignition.” It’s going to cost $1048 to fix. Called to file a formal complaint, was transferred around a few times, spoke to a few different people, was placed on hold for 19 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me all I heard was “take your car to a mechanic” *click* no conversation, just hung up on me. I called back 2 more times and was hung up on both times without speaking to anyone. This should be criminal.
