  If you like being taken advantage of this is the company to go to. Extremely terrible service from both the customer service/support and technician. We requested the new key service. KeyMe promised over and over and over that they would get back with us and never got any sort of resolution to our issues. We've done the complaint form they ask you to fill out, the manager is supposed to get back with you. Never have gotten back with us the 4 times we filled this form out. All promised by separate people who just want to get you off the phone and have zero drive to resolve the issue. The technician was extremely rude and damaged the car. Constantly cutting us off while talking and wouldn't explain the reason for the upcharges or why there was damage to the car when it was unlocked already. I can't begin to explain the sheer amount of frustration I've had with this company, and how worried I am about them screwing other people over who just doesn't have locksmith knowledge.
