We called over an hour ago and they also took my card information stating they needed it before dispatching a technician. We called multiple times requesting an update and she stated my card declined. I asked for the amount charged as I never got a text or email from my bank in case it was flagged as fraudulent and she had an attitude stating it was only as dollar. As if I didn’t have the money. I asked to confirm the card information and also asked when someone would’ve called to let us know. The dispatcher had a horrible attitude and ended up disconnecting the call. Luckily our 24 hour maintenance called back to open our door. I now have to get a new card as it feels like they’re doing fraudulent activity here by taking card information and never sending someone. Again- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
