I wanted three deadbolts rekeyed. They quoted me $19-$200 per lock. They said the only way to give me a final price is to pay a $29 service fee for a technician to come out to my address. Other locksmiths provide quotes over the phone, and this is a very simple job. They should be able to accommodate. I'm not going to give my address to some random person that I don't have a clear reason to do business with, nor am I paying for an estimate. My zip code and job description should suffice. What a joke.
