The price was okay, and it was very convenient to use, since the kiosk is close to our home. The keys work great! I did pay the $2 additional fee to have the keys ground down a bit to make them function better in the lock. I think that was probably helpful in having the keys work as well as they do. I recommend that little addition. Thank you for providing this service.

When I told them I'd call back, they wouldn't end the conversation, so I told them "Thank you, I'll call you back." and cut the line. I was then called by them 7 times. I answered the last call and told them that when I was ready I'd call them, and they hung up on me without a response. Then I get called by their technician who then asked if I needed a service, and when I responded I wasn't ready got hung up on again. I know you want my money, but you can treat me with a little more respect to get it.
