  For some reason, the "technician" requested that I write a review in exchange for a reduced service charge. I did indeed get a reduced service charge, and so should every other customer. Turns out, they pick the price out of the air. For an auto lockout, tell them that a towing company already told you they could do the work in a half an hour for $50. They will match the price. DO NOT PAY INFLATED FIRST PRICE SUGGESTED. Negotiate. When they finally arrive (my "technician" took an hour and a half to arrive after promising he'd be there in a half an hour), do NOT pay them until the work is completed and you've had a chance to check for damage. They will try to get your money in advance. DO NOT PAY UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETED. KeyMe will claim lots of supposed "rules." Don't believe them. The "technician" makes up their own prices and procedures and schedule. Negotiate. They are, sometimes, depends on the "technician" I would guess, unreliable and tremendously overpriced. They don't even have their name on their receipts.
