I called the KeyMe, had a tech reach out to me he said he would be 25 minutes. 20 minutes later he called again said he would be 20 minutes. Nearly an hour later I call the main office because the tech still hadn't showed, they said they would get in touch with the tech. 30 minutes later some guy shows up saying that he was a replacement for the original tech who never showed and he was with a different company. I called KeyMe back and they said they had no idea who he was and they hadn't sent an additional tech. At this point I decided to go with a different Locksmith Company. The original company then called me back saying oh wait yes we did send another tech and they just forgot he was a part of a sub company that they worked with. And this was after nearly two hours of waiting. Just go with a different Smith, it may cost a bit more but worth not dealing with these people. If I could give zero starts I would.

They would quote $60 ($29 for distance plus charges to open the lock) the locksmith arrived after an hour and he quotes $300 for a simple lock (not even a double bolt). Don’t trust these guys. When we denied the service he still charged us $29. You call the main office, they say no they are not sure why the locksmith quotes $300. They just take advantage of the fact that you are locked out. Not professional. Update: We called the 2nd company - best locksmith in Allen and was quoted between $65-$95. Locksmith arrived in 20 mins and was charged $85 and the experience was good
