This is a 3rd party site. If you want to spend a lot of money use them. They charged an outrageous amount for the service and even had a cancellation fee. They wouldn’t tell you a total till you gave card info, then tell you about the $80 fee. Although who they sent out to me, Mike Fajadro from Apex Roadside service was excellent. Will definitely go directly through them for fast and cheap service.

Worked first time! Wonderful service in a pinch! A little pricey but considering the SUDDEN need for a key... It was totally worth it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was locked out of my house and my husband called the nearest locksmith place (5 minutes from our house) to come open the door. Well it took the guy 45 minutes to get to my house, which was fine. When he got here I asked him how much it would cost and he said $150, which I thought was a little pricey but went ahead anyways. Then he was able to pick the lock on my house within a minute and I jokingly said “wow, that was the fastest $150 I have spent,” then he started getting defensive telling me he drove all the way from Phoenix and that is why it costs so much. (Which was odd to me, like why is your business in San Tan Valley, and you have people coming all way from Phoenix and your customers have to pay for that?????) Then he proceeded to tell me that the lock (that he picked) was broken. He offered to replace it for me and I said “well is it going to cost money?” Because I figured since HE broke my lock he would at least replace it for me free of charge. To which he said “of course it will cost you money.” It was at this point that I started to get frustrated because he kept telling me it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t do anything wrong and that my locks were over 10 years old and that is why it broke...??? I literally had them changed 2 years ago. We sat there and argued back and forth for 10 minutes, I was telling him that this was frustrating because it worked before he picked it and now it is broken and he just kept telling me that it wasn’t his fault and the locks were so old. At which point I said let me just pay you so that you can leave. While he was taking down my information I asked him if he had a manager and he said that it was his own business (subcontractor) called “True Locksmith” and his name is “Shai”. And the place that we originally called is the “dispatch company” .So then he gave my card back and I went inside. Then I get a knock on my door about 5 minutes later and it is him telling me he forgot to swipe my card which I thought was weird but I gave him my card anyways, and he proceeded to argue back and forth again for another 10 minutes or so. (Which was all on on my doorbell camera this time) At which point I finally said there is no point sitting here arguing with a business owner. Then he left. The whole thing just felt so off and weird, like he never even said sorry or offered any type of solution whatsoever. We decided that maybe the “dispatch company” (this company) could help us, to which we were hung up on several times and literally did nothing to try to help us. Every single time I would call they were all extremely rude and would hang up on me. So PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! It seems scammy and weird to me and if I can save someone from the hassle, time, money and frustration that we have dealt with I will!
